Common questions

Is it safe on my aircraft's paint and windshield?
Pappy cleaning products are pH-balanced and safe for aircraft paint, plexiglass, composites, and metal surfaces. They are free of harsh chemicals like ammonia and alcohol. Always read the label instructions before use.
Waterless Wingwash or Mach 1 Soap — which do I need?
Waterless Wingwash is a quick spray-and-wipe for light dust, dirt, and bugs — perfect for ramp cleanups. Mach 1 is a high-sudsing, deep-cleaning soap for full washes with a bucket or foam cannon.
How fast does it ship?
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. We currently ship within the U.S. only.
What if it arrives damaged?
Send photos to sales@pappyaero.com and we'll replace it free of charge. Due to the nature of the products, opened cleaning solutions can't be returned.
Do you offer FBO, flight school, or shop pricing?
