Pappy Aero Shipping Policy

At Pappy Aero, we are committed to getting your orders to you quickly and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, shipping rates, and delivery expectations.

 

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Standard order processing time is 1–3 business days from the date of purchase.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer several shipping options based on your location and delivery preference:

Overnight Shipping 1 business day Calculated at checkout

Expedited & Overnight Shipping: If you need your order fast, we recommend choosing an expedited option at checkout.

Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

 

3. Domestic & International Shipping

United States: We ship to all 50 states, including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

International Shipping: We currently do not ship internationally but are working on expanding our reach in the future.

 

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

You can track your order using the link provided in the email

 

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We take great care in packaging your order, but if something goes wrong, we’ve got you covered:

Lost or Stolen Packages: Pappy Aero is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience an issue, please check with your local post office or carrier service.

Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please email Sales@PappyAero.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will replace damaged items free of charge.

 

6. Address Changes & Order Modifications

Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee modifications to the shipping address.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately at Sales@PappyAero.com so we can try to correct it before processing.

 

7. Returns & Refunds

If you need to return an item, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for eligibility and instructions.

Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged product.
